Certified ALP Conductor level 2 Isabel was born and raised in Germany, Isabel Eddouks received a musical education (flute and piano) since the age of four, which led her study flute at the Folkwang University of Arts, where she graduated in 2003 with an orchestra diploma.

 

As a two time winner of the German Youth Music Competition “Jugend Musiziert”, attended numerous international master classes and was member of several symphony orchestras with national and international concert tours. In 2005 she graduated as Cultural and Media

Manager from the Hamburg University of Music and Theater. In Germany she worked several Public Relations Agencies and the Konzerthaus Dortmund. Combining cultures, religions and continents Isabel was invited to lead The Think Tank "Alumni Denkfabrik" of the Goethe Institute in Morocco in.

 

Since 2010 she is engaged in the development of education and culture in Morocco and Germany. She is the initiator of various projects among them a successful blog, "Deutsch in Marokko - Allemand au Maroc " , the idea of ​​"Mon rêve pour le Maroc : My dream for Morocco ".

 

In 2004 she developed the webcast of the Hamburg University of Music and Theater together with Prof. Georg Hajdu. Here you can watch an interview from the webcast with Prof. Klarenz Barlow from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag.

 

In 2012 she initiated to begin the process of the “Active Listening Playground – Morocco” together with Keren Rosenbaum she created and developed the concept and conditions to make the project a world winning success. 

 

At the moment Isabel is continuing working together with the ALP as a trainer and an initiator of several projects in Morocco for 2013-2014. Recently was invited to give a TED TALK presentation about creativity in Morocco and is busy in performing and conducting ALP Workshops in Africa and Europe.
